On Feb. 2, the Dallas Mavericks traded Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers. It was a shocking deal, and few felt that the Mavericks received enough in return for the then-25-year-old star. All it took in terms of draft capital was one first-round pick to land the five-time All-Star.

The Mavericks are hosting Dončić and the Lakers for the first time since the stunning trade, giving Dallas fans their first chance to see their franchise's former star player back at American Airlines Center. Dončić squared off with his former team in February in L.A., posting a 19-point triple-double in a Lakers win.
