Every year, the Catalina Island Marathon unveils a new design for its finisher medal, and this year’s medal highlights the Catalina Island Marathon finish line positioned in front of the historic Wrigley Fountain.
BAA unveils new look for Boston Marathon medal
Last year, runners criticized the design of the finishers medal, which featured the bank’s name and logo stamped in color along the bottom edge, below the iconic unicorn symbol of the marathon. The 2024 Boston Marathon was Bank of America’s first year sponsoring the historic race.
