DEL MAR, Calif. — Citizen Bull won the $2 million Breeders’ Cup Juvenile by 1½ lengths and Gaming was second at Del Mar on Friday, giving Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert a 1-2 finish and his record sixth career victory in the race for 2-year-olds.

Citizen Bull's win earned him 30 points on the Road to the Kentucky Derby, giving Baffert the leading contender for the 2025 Run for the Roses in the first year he'll be allowed back to compete beneath the Twin Spires.

CITIZEN BULL (c, 2, Into Mischief–No Joke, by Distorted Humor) made every yard of the running in Friday's GI FanDuel Breeders' Cup Juvenile and beat home stablemate Gaming (Game Winner) to give trainer Bob Baffert a record sixth victory inthe event.
