Tuesday, Nov. 5, is Election Day in Nevada and throughout the U.S., with Washoe County voting locations set to open at 7 a.m. and continue through 7 p.m. Anyone in line by 7 p.m. will be able to vote.

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Washoe County says around 66% of eligible voters has turned out to vote as of 4:00 p.m. on Election Day. Deputy Registrar of Voters Andrew McDonald says that as of 2:30 p.m., more than 21,000 people checked in to vote in Washoe County. Just 30 minutes later, the county topped 24,000 voters.
