According to the Evergy outage map, outages are taking place in the WIBW viewing area. As of 5:40 p.m., roughly 2,115 customers have been affected in Topeka, with 87 outages occurring. In Emporia, 1,960 Evergy customers have been affected with approximately 20 outages. Manhattan has fewer than 5 customers affected.
