SIOUX FALLS, SD (AZFamily) — A man with Arizona ties has been indicted after allegedly sending President Donald Trump a threatening letter with a mysterious white powder.

South Dakota currently observes Daylight Saving Time, but there have been efforts to change this. Only Hawaii and parts of Arizona do not observe Daylight Saving Time in the United States.

The judge has ordered him not to travel outside South Dakota, except for travel related to his court appearance in Arizona. Combe's last known address was in Buckeye, according to public records.
