Roots Picnic festival is returning to Philadelphia with an all-star lineup for 2025 this summer. D’Angelo will headline the festival alongside the Roots, marking his return to the Roots Picnic festival.
The Roots Picnic is coming back to the Mann with D’Angelo, Lenny Kravitz, Meek Mill, GloRilla, and of course, The Roots
The Philly and "Tonight Show" band's annual fest will be at Fairmount Park, kicking off the summer concert season with two days of music on the Mann's expanded campus.
D’Angelo, Lenny Kravitz and Meek Mill to Perform at Roots Picnic 2025 in Philadelphia
The event, scheduled to take place at Philly’s The Mann in Fairmount Park on May 31 and June 1, will see D’Angelo making his grand return to the stage alongside the Roots. The last time the R&B singer publicly performed was during the Netflix is a Joke Comedy Festival at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl in 2022.

Other acts include Lenny Kravitz, GloRilla, Pusha T and 2 Chainz. The festival runs Saturday, May 31, to Sunday, June 1.
