In the movie, Barbie Roberts’s dreams take flight when she arrives in New York City, a day before her summer program starts. She meets another Barbie from Brooklyn, and they become good friends.

The move comes after a ... a native New Yorker. The couple enlisted landscape architect Michael Van Valkenburgh, known for his work on Brooklyn Bridge Park, to redesign the backyard.
