In a cinematic " hey you got your chocolate in my peanut butter! " moment, a Valentine's Day rom-com is cross-bred with a bloody slasher flick in "Heart Eyes," and the resulting rom-slasher has a good time — almost too good a time — playing up its familiar tropes.
