The Park Plaza Mall announced Friday morning that they are welcoming the global lifestyle retailer MINISO this spring.

Miniso opens first Minnesota store in St. Cloud
Miniso, a Chinese retailer, opened its St. Cloud location Nov. 23, becoming the store's first location in Minnesota. Since then, the store has seen many customers, shift manager Victoria Lopez said.
