Configurations for the instrument include a five-slot AXIe chassis, which fits up to two M8190A arbs with a system controller and external support module (ESM) for PCI Express connectivity.
The M8190A also can generate multilevel signals with programmable ISI and jitter up to 3 Gb/s. It runs on an AXIe modular system and can be used with either a two-slot or five-slot chassis.
Agilent's unique ASIC allows the M8190A to change amplitude, frequency and phase on the fly. That means engineers no longer need to conduct time-consuming downloads to change parameters.
