An 18-year-old was killed and a 20-year-old was hospitalized in a head-on crash Saturday night in Gallatin County, Kentucky State Police said.

An investigation is underway in Gallatin County after an 18-year-old man was killed and a 20-year-old man was taken to the hospital following a Saturday night crash.

Kentucky State Police are investigating a two vehicle crash that took place around 8:18 p.m. on KY Highway 1039 near the intersection of Knox Lillard Road.
