Carolina Foothills Garden Club made a proposal to the city of Greenville for a proposed park around the Reedy River Falls.

The garage will be located along Howe Street, on the western edge of the Greenville County Square Redevelopment project site. Once completed, the deck will add 400 public parking spaces to the area.
