Warner Bros. has cancelled the highly anticipated DLC to Hogwarts Legacy and a complete definitive edition. The project was canned due to a reported lack of content for the price of the DLC. This occurs among other failures such as Suicide Squad, Multiverses, and the unreleased Wonder Woman game.

Hogwarts Legacy's planned expansion has been canceled, but don't worry: the sequel is still in development with a planned release in the next few years.

Despite massive success, a new report states 2023's Hogwarts Legacy won't receive an expansion or a Definitive Edition re-release originally planned for later this year. Neither of these projects had been officially announced.
