Monday evening in the NBA was filled with plenty of late playoff drama as the Denver Nuggets and New York Knicks picked up shocking road victories in their respective Game 1’s against the Oklahoma City Thunder and Boston Celtics.

The two road teams of Monday's conference semifinal games executed well in the fourth quarter and stole Game 1 victories.

The New York Knicks erased a 20-point deficit in the middle of the third quarter to force overtime and eventually beat the Boston Celtics on Monday.
