After an 11-week course where they learned cooking and meal preparation skills, four new chefs are ready to enter kitchens across Central Texas.

The Great Plains Food Bank’s Kitchen Coalition program provided close to 40,000 meals this past year to folks across the state dealing with food insecurity.
