Before it became routine, Aroldis Chapman was one of the first pitchers to throw 100 mph. Amazingly, 15 years later, he's still going strong.

The lefthander enters Year 16 in the majors devoted to taking care of his body and arm. “I take care of those two things, as if they were gold,” Chapman said.
