The TLC star has lost 444 pounds in total since embarking on her weight-loss journey in 2020 when she started filming "1000-Lb. Sisters."

Lb. Sisters to weighing less than her brother, Chris Combs, for the first time in decades. In a clip from the show shared on Wednesday, November 13, via Instagram, Tammy, 38, revealed the last time she stepped on a scale she weighed 303 pounds.
