NASCAR Cup Series season is scheduled to mark Kyle Larson’s 11th as a full-time competitor in the series and fifth in a row driving the No. 5 Chevrolet entry for Hendrick Motorsports (HMS).

The 2012 NASCAR Hall of Fame 150 had multiple thrilling moments, including Corey LaJoie battling Kyle Larson for half the night, Daniel Suarez suffering a massive hit into the catch fence, Bubba Wallace making a push for the win and Chase Elliott getting into some early carnage before mounting a late charge to challenge the leaders.

Joey Logano won the Cup last year, and Kyle Larson won the most regular season races. But neither driver tops the preseason power rankings.

NASCAR Cup Series season officially gets underway next month with the 67th running of the Daytona 500. And from February-November, NASCAR’s best will battle it out over the course of 36 races.

Really good, actually. Larson collected a NASCAR Cup Series-best six wins in 2024, about his season average since joining Hendrick Motorsports in 2021. In four years at HMS, Larson has 23 wins, by far the most of any driver in that span.
