A measles outbreak spanning multiple states is nearing 600 cases, and experts say it might just be the beginning.

A day care facility in a Texas county that’s part of the measles outbreak has multiple cases, including children too young to be fully vaccinated, public health officials say.

A second child with measles has died in Texas, state officials said on Sunday (April 6), in an outbreak of the childhood disease that has resulted in nearly 500 cases in Texas and has spread across 22 states.
