Hughes Fire in LA County burns 10,000 acres, evacuations lifted but mudslide concerns remain

Update: Hughes Fire remains 95% contained, 10,425 acres affected in Los Angeles County
Hughes Fire initially started 10:53 a.m. Jan. 22 in Los Angeles County. It has burned 10,425 acres after being active for five days. By Monday morning, the fire crew succeeded in containing 95% of the wildfire. The cause is, however, still being investigated.
