Very organised but very rushed. You will be ushered quickly from room to room - staff on site will show you how to pose, take your photo and shoo you to the next room. It was all over very quickly. Y… Full review by pandora m

(My phone is an iPhone 8+ and I do not wear a case, but I have a protective film on it.) After he said he was sorry, he continued taking pictures and I continued the museum schedule. After he lightly apologized and photographed, I thought that only the protective cover would be broken. But later, when I remove the cover, my phone screen was broken.!!! In your system, Staffs can inadvertently drop guest’s phone. Is there a way to get rewarded?

While I totally understand your loss, I feel it would be wrong if u ask for any compensation. Even if they agree to give something to u, they would for sure deduct it from the staff's salary. And last but not the least - people who carry expensive phones without protective casing, are bound to be rich people . So leave it man...

I think as a business they should have insurance and it can be cover under that, or if had travel insurance that might help as well....good luck
