The parking in the parking lot next to the beach has a 2 hour limit. There is another lot a short distance down Mile Road that is pay per hour. Beach restrictions that I know of; no alcohol, no open fires, dogs allowed before 8am & after 6pm, and social distancing highly recommended. Public restrooms are available.

We stayed at the Ogunquit River Inn an Ascend Hotel Collection. The management is extremely professional for a 3 star hotel. The view and area is quiet and serene. We stayed on the lower ground levsl facing the water and could not have been happier. Nice food options closeby. Off season is extra special because its so chill and not full of tourists.
