I have been to Point Park several times over the years. I don't recall ever being part of a ranger led tour. There may be maps sold at the park. On a trail off the point there is a small museum, that may be where a ranger is stationed to answer questions. There are plaques along the main walkways to explain the monuments and the history.
Check their website but I want to say it was about $20 or so just for Ruby Falls. You can get 3 sites for one ticket—Ruby Falls, Rock City and the Incline Railway—for about $50. We …
