Use the hop-on hop-off trolley. We got off at china town stop walked our way through the down town area and to the statue pick up location. Take a few hours there is a bit to see in the area, plus a nice wharf area with Restaurants on the mouth of the harbour were a good place to stop for lunch. Highly recommend the brewery!!
