Right downtown and free. Sculptures are nice and can quickly see them all. Worth the drive especially if have kids. Good break from driving.Full review by uams-edu

First of all we visited on a Sunday morning and there was little if no traffic, and there was only parking on the street. We parked on the street in front of the park, it was great, there was plenty of parking spots. And as there was so little traffic, it would have been safe for the kids.

It is on the grounds of the convention center. I do not know if the center is open all the time or not? Abilene is fairly small and I'm sure you could find a restroom somewhere close by. This is a really unique place, especially if you have a smartphone as when you approach the sculptures, they will read part of the book with the app.
