This is the best historical museum of its size I’ve ever experienced. The staffers, Michael and Cody were welcoming and very knowledgeable about all things Civil War.Full review by Michael O

Nice staff, but not a lot to see. This is an old courthouse with a few Civil War photos, some cannon balls. Just not a lot to see.Full review by wiiildbill

There's an elevator in the center of the interior stairway. Although I don't know for sure, I suspect there's a way to access from the ground floor and from outside.

I'm not sure of the specific lot you speak of, but there is a page called old town winchester va - push the words together with the traditional ending-it has a great map for all the parking!
