The level in the upper arm of Ladybower where the village of Derwent was situated is still covered as the level isn't low enough to see it. I haven't been to the upper Derwent valley for a month but I rang the visitor centre at Fairholmes and they said Ladybower isn't that low at the moment 01433 659986 Howden is very low. The village is or was about half a mile below Fairholmes.
