After posting my revue "Great Expectations turn into a BIG Disappointment" a response was submitted by the Fort Calgary Public Relations Manager. He invited me to email him direct tp discuss our experience. So far I have yet to receive any reply from my email to him. I guess that posting a response to my revue is all that he feels is necessary!
A:
If it's a work in progress and there are disruptions for weddings, why not inform the visitors before we pay? Check out Fort Langley in greater Vancouver and you'll tour a actual fort.

Your chances are not good unless it is arranged prior via a group of retired Mounties. We were fortunate to have one speak to us as a group via a tour group. The uniform is basically worn for ceremonial occasions or speaking functions. There was not one at Fort Calgary when we were there

We certainly didn't but you do get to see tableaus of their living quarters and uniforms.
