Very old navy base and buildings constructed from the ballast stones of old ships. Nice shopping area today with mostly small artisan and souvenir shops. A few restaurants as well. Full review by TAMAN1951

Lots of good shopping in the area. There is also a shopping mall. Very close to the cruise ship terminal. Lots of stores and restaurants. Full review by lesley g
