Yes it is decorated. If you are vacationing in the area you may want to consider a day trip to the outer banks of North Carolina and visit several lighthouses. During the off-season away from the summer months, this day will be as busy as you want and the lighthouses are all a special part of America. The locals who live there year round seem to become much more relaxed with the less populated sites, stores, and historical places.
