My advice for you would be to stay in contact with the Nuuksio National Park staff (see link below) either by email or telephone. The most convenient is to take a cab, but there is also public transportation as you can see from the web site. In the park there are many routes and lakes, possibly also a chance for ice-fishing, depending on whether conditions. Probably you cannot see any reindeer, which are common some 1000 kilometer north, in Lapland.
