do you think this exhibition is worthwhile going to from sydney if we have been to Pompei in Italy???/
A:
I went to Pompeii as a kid and I enjoyed seeing the exhibit. But I would not make a special journey. If you want to do other stuff in Canberra as well, go for it.

How long would you allow to visit this museum?

At least two hours. On several occasions we have spent a whole day there, including having lunch at the lovely cafe (with its superb view of the lake) and taking a walk around the grounds.
