We hadn’t booked ahead and had no problem joining a tour.... didn’t have to wait long at all. It would have been worth waiting anyway.... excellent place.

Some places you can walk freely and others I would suggest the tour as you get to see so much more. Most of the plantations make you pay as they are all guided. Cemeteries some are free and others are tour only. For free you can do the garden walk.
