Easily sleeps 13 to 14 people 2nd floor has Master with King bed, 2nd bedroom has a Queen and Single bed, plus a bunk room with two bunk beds and a single bed (the bunk beds have a full on the bottom). First floor Bedroom has a Queen bed and a Futon. The 2nd floor has a full bathroom with a tub, first floor has a full bathroom with a shower only. All four bedrooms plus great room have smart TV's. There is also a washer and dryer in the first floor utility room. Large great room with full size dining table that seats six, side table that seats 4 and a small high top table that seats 2. Living room has two couches and one recliner. Includes whole home high speed WiFi that even works on the dock. Linens and towels are provided. Large spacious upper deck that includes outdoor shower with hot and cold running water, bar-b-que pit, picnic table that seats six and a round table that seats four. There is a large lower deck as well that is accessible via stairs or ramps all the way to the dock.
