Had an awesome Safari by Snowmobile today (28th Dec 2024). Nothing was rushed and the guide was a wealth of knowledge. A great experience that we would recommend to everyone. Full review by Kmaussie

Our family went for the king crab safari trip with Kari. Was a cozy ride throughout. Kari was very friendly and responsive to all our queries. Got to learn more about Finland from him :) Full review by sg_swl

We went in Feb 2919 and were there for 4 days 3 nights (from Sunday to Wed) as we did the snow mobil and huskie sled ride in the day time then went out to see the northern lights at night. We did not see it and it seems the northern lights appeared the Wed or Thurs before. You can still see northern lights but frequency lesser these few years as it is not in the peak cycle which follows a 11 yr cycle and the last peak was 2013/2014. It means to increase your chance of seeing it now means you need to stay longer in Ivalo. Then again it means you need to plan other things to do. Even so no guarantee. Also note the full moon thing as well. All the best !
