If you can't go to the Galapagos this is the best way to see blue footed boobies nesting. Tour includes snorkeling. If you go May to October you might see whale's on the way.Very interesting.Full review by Darlene H

You can book in advance but I think you will likely get a better deal by waiting until you reach Puerto Lopez and dealing directly with the locals. There are numerous small businesses operating in the village and they are usually willing to negotiate a lower price than the originally stated one. Also check at your place of lodging as they may have special rates already negotiated for their guests, and usually paying cash (in US $) gets the best price.
