Located at Napo’opo’o Beach area of Kealakekeua Bay State Park, the original Hikiau Heiau Temple was more than 250 feet long and 100 feet wide, and was built as a luakani, a place of human sacrifice.… Full review by ITRT

This is a quiet park with leafy trees, walkways to the oceanside, and a huge lava rock platform (like the one at the Place of Refuge). Peaceful and lovely. Abundant signs make this a learning pastime… Full review by ShashaOntheRoadAgain
