does the boat move at all with the tide?

Ive been on it twice and didn't notice any movement

Coming on Gosport ferry. Is it possible to walk from the ferry pontoon landing to the historic dockyard?
A:
Yes a very short walk from the ferry to the dockyard. One point worth mentioning, the Mary Rose Experience is separate from the Dockyard so you will need to pay both.

Not sure. I certainly didn’t request one myself and I didn’t notice any offers. Enjoy the tour. It is worth the price of the ticket. Cheers, David

I know the gates of the dockyard close about 5 pm ish and I'm sure like most it will open at 10am. As a rule I always go with open from 10:30 and last tours are at 4pm in summer …
