This place is epic. The service is quick and polite, the set tapas menu is basic Spanish meats, cheese and croquettes but tasty and nicely presented but you don’t go to a place like this for the food… Full review by Carnabydaisy

Hi, we will be in Cadiz in July. Going to La Cava is a definite for us. How far ahead do we need to book?

We booked a day before through the hotel we were staying in. If I was going to go again I think it would be ok to book a week ahead especially especially in high season.

We had one of the people familiar with Cadiz set up a private group performance for about 34 people if I remember correct . The cruise company Holland Amerika had it also available …

The cruise company Holland Amerika had it also available at an earlier time slot at a much higher price . If you think you can get a substancial group together maybe through cruise Critic you can approach the owners of La Cava perhaps and see what their response is .
