We went last week. Air temp on the river was 50 at wake up, warming up to 70 or so during the day. The water was cool, but not freezing. The main thing is to wear clothing which will dry quickly. Layer up on the morning of the trip. As the day gets hotter you can shuck those layers of clothes and put in the dry bag provided by the outfitter. Just be sure to bring water shoes, sunglasses, hat, and sunblock. The sun in the Big Bend will burn you even if the air temp is cool.
