This 1 bedroom, 1 bath, little lake view cottage is located in the community of King Creek Resort. Our cottage has a large 1 bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed in bedroom . Perfect for a couple or 2 guys fishing with each having their own bed, or a couple in the queen bed with a small child in twin bed. 1 bathroom with shower and a small kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, which we call a summer kitchen set-up. Table with seating for 3, small twin sofa, 32" TV with basic air TV channels, WIFI for lite browsing, charcoal grill , your own fire pit just off rear deck, we supply first fire with wood, and a great lake view while sitting on deck on 2/02/23 had new hardwood floors installed in the bedroom, no carpet anywhere now. Outdoors, guests will find ample parking for cars or trucks and on site there's trailer parking by the cottage if not for right next to cottage.
