Perfect introduction to the park for the family. Short easy trails nearby suitable for young legs. The swearing in and provision of badges to junior rangers at the end of the stay shouldn’t be missedFull review by clairedC7138TT

Outside of Bear Valley trail all of the trails are horribly overgrown. Please trim the overgrowth of stinging nettle, poison oak, black berry, thistle etc. This is a beautiful park but it needs more …Full review by reid m

From the Bear Valley Visitor Center, driving time to the Lighthouse parking lot is about 45 minutes. It will take you another 15 minutes to walk from the parking...
