If anything, that will be the machine that gets the AM5 upgrade with DDR5, as it will be what will benefit the most from the insane RAM speeds. For gaming, AM4 and DDR4 are still fantastic.

WEBSo technically, there is 2 times more space on IF in terms of CCX inter-communication. This definitely helps a lot. But of course having whole 8core CCX on 5800x is better for 8core/16threads applications. I chose 5900x for more future proofing and better value than 5800x. Also it has better binned cores (higher boost), which will help a bit.
